In the rear terraced garden there is a area of decking that enjoys stunning and panoramic views over the village, Irish Sea and enjoys the sun all times of the day. An idea area for sunbathing, a barbecue or just taking in the views. There are two separate barbecue areas, one on the decking with a gas barbecue and one at the summerhouse for use with a more traditional barbecue. The garden also has grassed areas for children to enjoy.

For those who have families the cottage has a high chair and a travel cot.

The property is let with towels and bed linen.

On street parking is available in Colonel Street and ample additional on street parking is available in surrounding streets.

We have now created a downstairs W.C. , this has been a popular request with previous visitors and we felt it was required.

Previously we built the elevated deck area which enjoys stunning views over the village and the Irish Sea towards Ireland.

Other works have also been carried out to maintain the property to a high standard.
